Project
Crypto Conference
Operating in massive venues like the Coca-Cola Arena requires more than just premium gear; it demands a holistic understanding of the entire project architecture. For a major international crypto conference, we completely resolved the organizers' technical headache by seamlessly linking the in-venue screen routing (IMAG) with the global internet broadcast.

A unique challenge of international forums is complex audio and video routing. To make the content accessible to a global audience, we engineered a multi-channel broadcasting system, hardware-generating 8 independent program feedsfeaturing simultaneous interpretation. This allowed every online viewer to seamlessly select their preferred language track within the player, listening to the speakers in their native tongue without any interruption to the stream.

Technical Execution & Management:

  • Resource Coordination: We handled the comprehensive management of the technical setup and human resources, perfectly assembling a specialized team of engineers and camera operators tailored to the high-stakes demands of this project.
  • Camera Fleet: To fully cover the massive arena, we deployed a robust infrastructure of 7 broadcast cameras, complemented by a dedicated steadicam operator to capture the dynamic atmosphere on the floor.
  • Unified Ecosystem: Our technical crews ensured the flawless operation of the entire broadcast chain—from initial image capture to the final distribution of 8 distinct language streams across the web.

The result was a prestigious, rock-solid broadcast where every component ran like clockwork, providing the client with a completely stress-free, turnkey video production solution.
