Best Music Fest was a massive music festival held from November 1-5, 2023, at the luxurious Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. Featuring a stellar lineup of top artists, the five-day event became one of the most prominent musical highlights of the year on the UAE coast.

Providing flawless and uninterrupted visuals for a five-day marathon is a major technical challenge. Our team took on the full video production cycle for this grand event, managing two parallel objectives: routing a live feed to the large in-venue screens (IMAG) to immerse the audience, and recording the entire festival in high resolution for subsequent post-production and national broadcasting on the RU.TV channel.

Technical Setup & Execution:

• Camera Fleet: To capture the dynamic show, we deployed a robust multi-camera infrastructure utilizing 5 broadcast cameras to cover all key angles of the stage and the arena.
• On-Stage Dynamics: A dedicated steadicam operator worked continuously on stage to convey the raw energy and emotion straight from the epicenter of the performance.
• Cinematic Scale: The inclusion of a jib crane provided sweeping, panoramic shots, adding true cinematic and television scale to the final product.

We completely resolved the organizers' technical challenges regarding video infrastructure, delivering a seamless on-site feed for the venue and perfect raw materials for national television.
