The "Ethraa" program graduation ceremony, hosted by the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) at ADNEC, is a major state-level event. This year, over 1,200 Emirati financial professionals received their prestigious diplomas. An event of this magnitude, attended by VIPs and government officials, demands flawless visual presentation for the massive live audience.

We engineered a robust technical infrastructure to route a pristine live feed directly to the venue's massive screens (IMAG), taking full control of the on-site video production.

Technical Execution & Scope:

• Broadcast Architecture: We deployed a comprehensive multi-camera setup featuring 5 professional cameras, directing a dynamic yet formal broadcast feed.
• Scale & Depth: To emphasize the grandeur of the ceremony and capture sweeping cinematic wide shots, we integrated a jib crane that flew smoothly over the rows of graduates.
• IMAG & Archiving: Our primary objective was the uninterrupted routing of the live signal to the arena's large screens for the attendees. Simultaneously, we captured a high-quality master recording of the entire event for PR communications.

The result was a premium visual product that perfectly aligned with the elite standards of UAE government events.
